Peritaje de DNV sobre desplome de la Línea 12 es tendencioso y falso: Sheinbaum

Sheinbaum consideró deficiente el tercer y último reporte elaborado por DNV, y acusó a la empresa de responder a los intereses de opositores del gobierno federal

Regeneración, 4 de mayo de 2022. Este miércoles, la jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, anunció que interpondrá una demanda civil contra la firma noruega DNV para invalidar el contrato para realizar el peritaje del colapso de la Línea 12 del Metro.

Informe tendencioso y falso

La mandataria capitalina consideró deficiente el tercer y último reporte elaborado por DNV, y acusó a la empresa de responder a los intereses de opositores del gobierno federal y de su administración.

“Iniciamos la rescisión del contrato desde hace semanas. Es un informe, este tercer informe, deficiente, mal ejecutado, con problemas técnicos, tendencioso y falso, por esta razón es que iniciamos este procedimiento de rescisión de contrato y demanda civil contra la empresa y es parte de este uso que hacen los adversarios que no tienen ninguna moral, ninguna ética», apuntó en conferencia de prensa.

Alista demanda 

“Estamos valorando si incluso un juicio penal. Convirtió un informe técnico en algo político, ¿cómo vamos a permitir algo como eso?», agregó.

Cabe señalar que el 16 de junio de 2021, el gobierno capitalino había previsto que dicho reporte se entregaría el 30 de septiembre de ese año.

Pero, la entrega fue posponiéndose debido a que la consultora argumentaba requerir más tiempo para realizar la investigación.

El contrato que firmó la CDMX y DNV incluye una cláusula para realizar recomendaciones que permitan prevenir futuros accidentes, por lo que se espera que éstas sean incluidas en el documento que será entregado.
