Durante la mañana de este sábado, Claudia Sheinbaum, Jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, llevó a cabo un izamiento de bandera a media asta en la plaza de las Tres Culturas en Tlatelolco.

Ciudad de México, 2 de octubre (SinEmbargo).- Con motivo de la conmemoración de los 53 años de la masacre de estudiantes el 2 de octubre de 1968, diferentes agrupaciones partirán desde la Plaza de las Tres Culturas, en la colonia Nonoalco, Tlatelolco, hacia el Zócalo capitalino.
Algunos otros grupos se desplazarán desde el perímetro de Ciudad Universitaria, el Casco de Santo Tomás y del Monumento a la Revolución.
El contingente de decenas de asistentes que salieron desde las 16:00 horas (tiempo del centro de México) de Tlatelolco marcharon sobre Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas gritando la consigna histórica “2 de octubre no se olvida”.

La manifestación se encuentra encabezada por el Comité 68, a quien acompañan organizaciones civiles y grupos de normalistas de Ayotzinapa y estudiantes del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) y de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
Por su parte, los manifestantes que salieron marchando del IPN se dirigen a la plaza de las Tres Culturas para unirse a la marcha del 2 de octubre.
Previo a la manifestación, la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) junto con el Gobierno de México colocaron vallas metálica alrededor de edificios y monumentos del Centro Histórico, como la Catedral Metropolitana y de Palacio Nacional.
